Research at FaunENord, supported by its team of biologists, environmental professionals and technicians with varied and complementary expertise, takes many forms and helps us to better know and understand the Nord-du-Québec region. Through our research initiatives and various projects in collaboration with external researchers, including the Université du Québec à Chicoutimi (UQAC) and the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières (UQTR), we gather new knowledge everyday.
FaunENord is recognized as an industrial partner of the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Center of Canada (NSERC) and as a collaborating member of the Chair UQAT-UQAM in Sustainable Forest Management (SFM). Through these recognitions, we can collaborate with many scientists from across the country to develop and conduct joint research projects on our natural environments and their species.
